Hey, I’m Sammy.
I'm a dietitian, and I've spent 8+ years working with thousands of women on their relationship with food.
I've also been on an 18+ year journey of my own. It started when I was 18, and spoiler alert, it very quickly turned into disordered eating, poor body image, and low self-worth that I carried with me through my years of modelling.
I started my recovery around 9 years ago. But it took becoming a mum to a baby girl to really understand how my actions were shaping her future, and to choose, properly and deliberately, strength and health over everything else.
I'm living it with you. And I still see so much information out there that is conflicting, unhelpful wrapped in "helpful," and advice that sets busy women up to fail because it's built for people with all the time in the world.
So I'm building something different. A free tool that does the planning for you, with recipes I'd actually feed my own family. No diet talk. No guilt. No 47-step rigid plans.
